1. The inner box is made of 1.0mm galvanized sheet, and the outer box is made of 1.2mm thick A3 cold-rolled sheet;
2. Using Cistle 80K environmentally friendly high temperature cotton, the insulation thickness is 80mm;
3. Door side seal: use high temperature resistant silica gel to tightly seal;
4. Adopt reinforced shaft type high temperature motor and equipped with powerful multi-wing wind wheel;
5. With over-temperature alarm and automatically cut off the heating power supply protection function (when over-temperature, the heating power supply is cut off)
6. Control circuit short circuit and overload protection, phase protection, leakage protection have manual and automatic timing conversion device, the timing is adjustable from 0 to 9999 minutes, and the function of constant temperature timing;
7. Use Φ11mm heat-dissipating dry-burning heating tube (made of imported resistance wire and high-temperature quartz sand), and the heating tube is installed on both sides of the furnace.
